- How to Return an Item?
Eligibility for Returns: You can return your purchase within 2 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and labels.
Starting the Process for Return: To begin, send us a quick email at agrawalenterprisesdnp@gmail.com by sharing your Order ID + Reason for Return.
Sending Back Your Item: Once you receive your new order ID for return, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

Processing Refunds or Exchanges: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's done.
# What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
No problem at all! If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us right away. If the damaged/defective product is inspected and accepted, a replacement will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Yes, customers can return the product that they bought from our Agrawal Enterprises Online Shop/ through our site/ through our business WhatsApp / through our Instagram page. To make a return, the customer will have to courier the product with the same or new packaging made by themselves, to our office/shop address mentioned on our site portal, and also in the shipping label or bill provided to you. The return will be accepted only if the product is the same as that which was received by the customer. Returns are accepted only if customer made it within 48 hours, make sure if the product is mismatch or in any case there may be any issue regarding product such as damage or destroyed then please make a clean and clear video of unboxing/unwrapping the parcel with the shipping label visible so that we can resolve such cases and make the deal clear happily. Similarly, our refund process is also available for our customers. Please ensure that the parcel is properly packed before reaching us, and the claim will only be provided after checking all the required details regarding the product. The claim will be given directly to the customers; for that, they have to share their bank account details through email, and the refund may be fully or partially claimed by them, depending on the product, its size, and weight. Sometimes, there may be a possibility of deducting the delivery charges from the Total Refund Amount.
